Contact MDCAT Guide
MDCAT Guide is run by a small team based in Multan, Punjab, that has been publishing guides to medical entrance admissions in Pakistan since 2017. We publish syllabus breakdowns, admission timelines, past-paper explanations and preparation guides for students sitting the MDCAT and NUMS entry tests. This page explains exactly how to reach us, what we can realistically help with, and how quickly you can expect a reply.
How to contact us
Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach the editorial team. We read every message, but because we receive a high volume of student queries during admission season, we prioritise corrections, factual errors and broken links over general advice requests.
Write to us at admin@mdcatguide.com . Please put a clear subject line such as “Correction: NUMS Syllabus page” or “Question: Punjab MDCAT eligibility” so your message reaches the right person quickly. If you are reporting an error on a specific article, include the page address so we can find it immediately.
Postal address
MDCAT Guide, MPS Road, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. Postal mail is checked weekly and is best used only for formal or legal correspondence. For anything time-sensitive, please email instead.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm. Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Sunday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. All times are Pakistan Standard Time. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day.
What we can help you with
- Reporting factual errors, outdated dates or broken links in any article on this site.
- Questions about how a published guide should be interpreted, for example which syllabus edition an article refers to.
- Requests for a topic to be covered, such as a college admission process or a province-specific test schedule we have not yet written about.
- Feedback on readability, page layout or anything that made an article hard to use on a mobile phone.
- Copyright or attribution concerns from publishers, universities or authors regarding material referenced on this site.
- Advertising, sponsorship and content partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help you with
We are an independent education publisher. We are not affiliated with PMDC, UHS, NUMS, SZABMU, KMU, BUMHS or any medical college, and we cannot influence, check or change anything on your behalf. In particular, we cannot do the following.
- Register you for the MDCAT or NUMS test, or recover a lost portal password. Only the official admitting body can do this.
- Confirm your individual eligibility, merit position or admission chances. Always verify with the official prospectus.
- Provide answer keys, question papers or any material before its official release.
- Guarantee a seat, provide recommendations to colleges, or intervene in any admission dispute.
Corrections and accuracy policy
Admission dates, fee structures and syllabus weightings in Pakistan change frequently, sometimes with only a few days of notice. We review our admission and syllabus articles at the start of each test cycle and again whenever an official notification is published. If you spot something that no longer matches the official source, tell us and we will check it against the issuing body.
When we correct a substantive factual error, we update the article and note the date of the change at the top of the page. Minor fixes such as typography or a replaced link are made without a note. If you have reported an error and we decide not to change the article, we will reply and explain why.
Advertising and partnership enquiries
This site is supported by advertising and we accept a limited amount of sponsored placement. Sponsored content is always labelled as such, and no advertiser is given influence over our editorial guides, rankings or recommendations. If you would like to discuss a placement, email us with your organisation name, the audience you want to reach and your proposed timeline.
Response times
We aim to reply to correction reports within two working days and to general questions within five working days. Between June and September, when MDCAT and NUMS admissions are open, replies can take longer. If your question is answered in one of our existing guides, we will point you to it rather than repeating the answer, so it is worth searching the site before writing.
Find us on social media
We are @mdcatguide on YouTube, Facebook and X. Those accounts are the only ones we run. We never ask for payment, portal logins, roll number slips or identity documents on any channel, and anyone doing so in our name is not connected to us. For anything that needs a considered answer, email remains the better route, since social messages are checked less often during admission season.
