How to Register MDCAT on PMDC Portal

Assalam-o-Alaikum! Registering for MDCAT on the PMDC portal can feel confusing, but don’t worry — I’ve broken it down into simple steps. Follow along carefully and you’ll be registered in no time, InshaAllah.
Create Your Account
Click ‘New Registration’ and fill in your CNIC number, email address, and mobile number. Create a strong password and verify your email.
Fill in Personal Details
Enter your full name (as per CNIC), father’s name, date of birth, gender, domicile, and complete address.
Upload Required Documents
Upload scanned copies of your CNIC/B-Form, Matric certificate, FSc result card or Hope Certificate, passport-size photograph, and domicile certificate.
Select Your MDCAT Preferences
Choose your preferred test date, test city, and medium of examination. Double-check everything before proceeding.
Pay the Registration Fee
Generate the fee challan from the portal and pay at any designated bank branch (HBL/UBL/MCB). Keep the paid challan safe — you’ll need the transaction ID.
Submit & Print Your Slip
After fee verification, submit your application. Download and print your registration slip — bring it on test day along with your original CNIC.

Step By Step Procedure

The application must be filed online, after filling online application an automatic challan will be generated. as I already mention fill mdcat form carefully. After submitting the form changes could not be made.

Registration Date
PMDC registration will be online from 1st to 22 June 2026.
- Registration form online.
- watch the video before submitting the form (Videos given in this article)

- Goto Bank bank of Punjab website or use this direct
- Click on the register button and start filling the online form carefully
- upload the required documents eg colored copy of your Passport size photo (Limit 2mb)
- Review and check all information twice
- Click on the submit button
- When you click on submit a unique serial no will be allotted you.
- save this serial no (This will be required for admittance card print)
- The computer will generate a challan,
- get print of this challan and save it in pdf format
- Admittance card will be sent via email service to the candidate

MDCAT Registration Fee
The registration fee is only 9000/ Pkr submit this fee with your challan form to the Bank.

You can get your admittance card. Provide your serial bank challan no to the PMDC website. The computer will generate your admittance card. Get a print of your admittance card.

Important Note
- Keeping in view the inconvenience being faced by the candidates, the condition of the Juvenile Identity Card/Smart Card for Children issued by NADRA has been withdrawn for candidates below 18 years of age. All the candidates aspiring to appear in the MDCAT will, however, be required to present the domicile of Punjab/Islamabad/Gilgit-Baltistan.
- The photograph of the candidate must not be more than one month old. It must be: Colour; Showing full face, with no hat, veil, helmet or sunglasses, although you can wear everyday glasses; Original-that is not digitally or optically altered (for example, it must not b ‘photo shopped’ or ‘touched-up’).
- Keep a Scanned Copy Of All the after mentioned original Documents.

I am applying for mdcat but i found out today that domicile is needed im from peshawar and i still dont have a domicile because i recently shifted to pakistan two years ago so will this cause me an issue ? If i dont have domicile at the time of registration ?? Pls tell me i will be waiting for a response
My smart card expired on 13 june 2026 i have applied previously for cnic but it will be reached after the registration will be closed. Does my b form will work ?
