Who we are
MDCAT Guide is an independent education publisher. We write guides to the MDCAT and NUMS entry tests, admission processes and preparation methods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, the University of Health Sciences Lahore, the National University of Medical Sciences, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Khyber Medical University, Bolan University of Medical and Health Sciences, or any medical or dental college.
Use of the site
You may read, print and save our material for your own personal, non-commercial study. In using the site you agree not to do any of the following.
- Republish, resell, redistribute or systematically copy our content, in whole or in part, without written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or overload the site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive or containing malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate MDCAT Guide or its staff.
Intellectual property
Articles, guides, notes, summaries and explanations written by our team are our property or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Past papers, notifications and prospectus material remain the property of the universities and bodies that issued them. Trade marks and logos belonging to third parties are used only to identify the examinations and institutions we describe.
We do not host or distribute unauthorised copies of commercially published books. Where we discuss a published book, we describe it and direct readers to the publisher or an authorised seller.
Copyright complaints
If you hold rights in material you believe appears on this site without authorisation, write to mdcatguide@gmail.com with a description of the work, the address of the page concerned and a statement of your authority to act. We investigate every complaint and remove or amend infringing material promptly once a claim is verified.
No professional advice and no guarantee
Our content is general information for educational purposes. It is not professional, legal, medical, career or financial advice, and it is not official guidance. Admission dates, eligibility rules, fee structures, merit formulas and syllabus weightings change frequently and sometimes at very short notice.
Where anything on this site conflicts with an official notification, advertisement or prospectus, the official document prevails. Before you pay a fee, submit an application, book travel or make any other decision with a cost attached, verify the details directly with the relevant university or admitting authority. We give no guarantee of admission, of examination results, or of the accuracy or completeness of any figure or date published here.

Comments left on the site remain your responsibility. By posting, you confirm the content is your own or that you have permission to use it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the site. We moderate comments and may edit or decline to publish anything that is off topic, abusive, commercial, or that shares copyrighted material or personal data. We are not obliged to publish or retain any comment.
Never post your portal login details, roll number slip, identity documents or fee challan in a comment. Anyone asking you to do so is not acting for us.
Third-party links
We link to official portals, publisher websites and other external resources for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not monitor their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you leave our site, the terms and privacy policy of the destination apply.
Advertising
This site is supported by advertising, including advertisements served by third-party networks, and we may take part in affiliate programmes.
